The NEFI ONLY Accepts Agency Assessment Request of Police and Law Enforcement Agencies from a Mayor, City/Township Administrator and/or Police Chief who have jurisdictional authority.

Thank you for your interest in having a NEFI conduct an assessment of your agency. In order to help facilitate your request, please complete this online form. NEFI is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit and is only able to provide this service as a result of generous donations received from our donors. If you have not received a response within 10 days of your request, you should assume that we are unable to meet your request due to a lack of funding and/or the availability of our evaluation team.

ALL ASSESSMENTS CONDUCTED BY THE NEFI ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND COMPLETED ASSESSMENT REPORTS BELONG TO THE REQUESTING AGENCY.

NEFI WILL NOT DISCLOSE THE CONTENT OF ANY PORTION OF ITS ASSESSMENT OF YOUR AGENCY NOR DISCLOSE ANY ASSESSMENTS IT HAS CONDUCTED FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN REQUIRED BY LAW.

Completion of this Form Does Not Mean that NEFI will be able to conduct an Assessment of your Agency.
